How many courses can I really serve 25 guests?
Two complete courses. 25 small plates for appetizer/salad/dessert + 25 large plates for the main = a full two-course meal for 25.

Will the small plates hold real food?
Yes. Salad with dressing, a slice of pizza, a kid's main, a piece of cake. The 7" is still heavy-duty.

What if I have 30 guests?
